Exmouth Pharmacy are proud to service the community of Coral Bay. We offer online ordering with secure payment options so that you can place your order online with our store and then have them delivered via our Courier Delivery service. Please follow the steps below to complete your order.

PLEASE NOTE: The courier service is FREE of charge and same day delivery is not always guaranteed. If you require urgent same day delivery then please contact R&L Couriers Carnarvon to arrange a paid pickup and delivery service. Alternatively make other arrangements for collection from our pharmacy directly at 9 Ross Street Exmouth.

Step 1 - Enter your contact details into the form below. Please ensure that the email address is correct and that your phone number is entered in case we need to contact you in regards to your order. We prefer a mobile phone number so we can send our secure payment links to you via SMS. For security purposes we also prefer not to get your credit card details over the web or phone unless we absolutely need to.

Step 2 - In the enquiry field please type in the products that you wish to purchase from our store including size and quantity. If you have a paper prescription you would like to order simply upload a clear photograph of it in the section below. Please note - we still require a paper copy of the prescription to be sent to our pharmacy so please drop that into the Coral Bay supermarket so the courier can deliver it to us. We will then send it back to Coral Bay ASAP or elsewhere if necessary.

If you have an electronic prescription (eScript), you can copy and paste the eToken or Link in the fields below. Alternatively you can also forward the SMS with the eScript link directly to us on 0427 204 974. We prefer the link not pictures of the QR code if possible.

Once we have got your order ready for collection our team members will then send you an SMS with the total to pay and a secure payment link. If you do not have access to a mobile telephone that can receive SMS then we will email the total to pay with a secure payment link.

DO NOT send your credit card number, CSV and expiry date unless you absolutely cannot access SMS or email. This is less secure than using our preferred payment collection method of sending you secure payment links. We do not wish to collect credit card details unless absolutely necessary as a last resort.

Step 3 - Your order will be delivered to the Coral Bay supermarket for collection. Please present your SMS or email from us (on your phone is OK) and mention your full name to the attendent who will then give you the products you have ordered.
